Here are the terms that set out what you need to agree to (the “Rules”) in order to participate.

The Rules apply to the Free To Create Scoring Celebration (the “Celebration”).

The Celebration is organized and sponsored by Sound Creations, Inc., a company incorporated and registered in the United States with company number 61-1315081 (“PraiseTracks”, “Sound Creations, Inc.”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Sponsor”). Orchestral Tools has graciously provided the prizes to be awarded to the qualifying participants who are selected.

OFFICIAL RULES

• Create an ORIGINAL composition using BERLIN FREE ORCHESTRA You can download it by going to the Orchestral Tools website here: https://www.orchestraltools.com/free-virtual-instruments
• Try to keep the length a maximum of 3 minutes. It can be shorter, but this gives you some room to be creative.
• You are restricted to using ONLY BERLIN FREE ORCHESTRA and if you choose, the FREE SINE FACTORY, Spindle (Felt Piano) and/or Ratio (Grand Piano), since there are no keyboard instruments featured in The Berlin FREE Orchestra.
• No prerecorded content or loops allowed, only your original instrumentation using the instruments referred to above.
• Some effects (reverb, eq, compression, etc.) are allowed BUT must be documented in the submission notes.
• Submissions must be received by 12:00 am GMT June 12, 2025 (subject to change)
• The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a series of blind listening sessions to determine the most creative and compelling.
• The GRAND PRIZE will be a copy of BERLIN ORCHESTRA FULL, a secondary prize will be BERLIN ORCHESTRA (created with Berklee), with the winner being selected by random drawing.
• Video of your composition is not required but it would be fun to see what you come up with.
• When uploading to YouTube or other social networks use the hashtag #freetocreate2025
• The viewer must only submit their own original work where they have clear ownership
• The winner may be asked to submit their project file for verification
• Simeon, PraiseTracks, or anyone affiliated with the celebration take no ownership or imply any rights to user’s submissions.
• Orchestral Tools is affiliated with this celebration only in the respect of their generosity in providing the prizes for the celebration.

You must then upload your audio through the form provided. Feel free to upload an accompanying video (although not required) onto your chosen channel (YouTube, Instagram), tag the video with “#FreeToCreate2025” and complete the Celebration form online at praisetracks.com/freetocreate.

We can only accept one entry per person. There will be one Grand Prize winner and will be selecting additional winner(s) by random drawing.

The grand prize winner will receive a copy of Orchestral Tools Berlin Orchestra FULL
Another winner from the remaining eligible submissions will be selected at random and receive a copy of Berlin Orchestra. We reserve the right to award additional prizes if they become available.

Entrants may only enter the Celebration once. The Celebration is void in all countries where prohibited or restricted by law.

By entering the Celebration (and you warrant that), you are aged 18 or over (or have permission from a parent or guardian if you are a minor in your jurisdiction of residence) and that you are not an employee or supplier (or a family member of an employee or a supplier) of PraiseTracks or any company involved in operating or sponsoring the Celebration or awarding any prizes (collectively, “Celebration Entities”).

You represent and further that your Score (and elements therein) submitted as part of the Celebration: (a) is your wholly original work; (b) will not infringe or violate any third party rights, including any property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark) of any person or entity and the use thereof will result in no third party liability or obligations; and (3) is not the subject of any threatened or pending litigation, claim or dispute that might give rise to litigation, which adversely affects or in any way prejudices, impairs or diminishes the rights granted hereunder or the value thereof. Entrants agree to defend, indemnify and hold Celebration Entities harmless from and against any third-party claim, to the extent relating to any breach of any representation, warranty or covenant made by such entrant in connection with acceptance of these Rules or Celebration activities.

By entering the Celebration, you hereby grant the Celebration Entities the right to use your name, likeness, and entry in connection with the Celebration and for any related advertising and promotion, except where prohibited by law.

Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate may be determined. PraiseTracks reserves the right to select fewer than the stated number of winners, in its sole discretion, if PraiseTracks does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries. Limit one prize per person.

If you are a prize winner, then PraiseTracks may require you to prove your identity, including proof of your address. Examples of identification documents would include passport, driving license or utility bills.

By claiming a prize, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. PraiseTracks reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

PraiseTracks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Celebration, the decision of PraiseTracks shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

The Celebration may be cancelled, modified, terminated or suspended in the event of any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes outside control of PraiseTracks which impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Celebration. PraiseTracks reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with any entry process or harassed any PraiseTracks representative or any entrant and to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Celebration. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted on www.praisetracks.com and winners will be determined from entries received prior to cancellation based on the same judging criteria listed above.

There is no charge to enter the Celebration.

Prizes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. PraiseTracks reserves the right to substitute prizes for prizes of equal or greater value at any time. No prizes can be redeemed for cash. No more than the number of prizes stated in these Rules shall be awarded.

PraiseTracks and Orchestral Tools (and their subsidiaries) cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Celebration or as a result of accepting any prize. PraiseTracks is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, online computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Celebration. Nothing shall exclude PraiseTracks’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and subject to these Rules will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent. Please see PraiseTrack’s privacy policy for further details. Data relating to entrants will be retained by PraiseTracks for a reasonable period after the Celebration closes to assist PraiseTracks to operate Celebrations in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Celebration as well as sending information about PraiseTracks and its products to entrants.

This Celebration is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with YouTube or any other social network. You are providing your information to PraiseTracks and not to any other party.

In the event of a conflict between these Rules and any promotional materials or other communications related to the Celebration, these Rules shall govern and control.

By participating in the Celebration and/or accepting a prize, each entrant agrees to hold the Celebration Entities and their respective current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, licensees, successors and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in this Celebration or use/misuse of prize, including without limitation any claims for personal injury (including death) or property damage and any claims for infringement of any third-party rights (including any intellectual property, privacy and/or publicity rights). Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Celebration or use or redemption of any prize. CLAIMS MAY NOT BE RESOLVED THROUGH ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.

The Celebration and Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. The parties agree that in the event that any suit or proceeding is brought in connection with this Celebration, such suit or proceeding shall be brought in the courts of the United States, and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any and all jurisdictional, venue and inconvenient forum objections to such courts. PraiseTracks makes no representation that materials on its Website relating to this Celebration are appropriate or available for use at all locations and it is your responsibility to ensure that by accessing the Website and entering the Celebration is illegal or strictly prohibited by the laws of the country you are in.

The winners of the Celebration will be announced during a future livestream.
